Therapeutic Indications:

Each Suppository contains:

Hydrocortisone acetate: 5 mg

Lidocaine: 60 mg

Aluminium subacetate: 50 mg

Zinc oxide: 400 mg

Mechanism of Action:

Insert one suppository in the rectum after each bowel movement or as required for control of symptoms.

Method of Administration:

Hydrocortisone acetate: anti-inflammatory

Lidocaine: Analgesic

Aluminium subacetate: wound covering

Zinc oxide: wound healing

Notes

Hypersensitivity to any of the components.

Interactions:

No significant interaction found.

Pregnancy and Lactation:

Consult your physician for use of this drug during pregnancy and lactation.

Warning and Precaution:

If irritation develops, the product should be discontinued and appropriate therapy instituted.

In the presence of infection, the use of appropriate antifungal or antibacterial agent should be instituted.

Adverse Reactions:

Burning, itching, irritation, dryness, folliculitis, hypo-pigmentation, allergic contact dermatitis, secondary infection.

Storage:

Store below 30ºC and protect from freezing.
