Tender for the supply of raw materials and parts

Please quote us your best unit prices (1.CPT by Air to IKA and 2.CFR by Sea to Port of shahid Rajaee and 3.CPT by Truck to Tehran) (in Euro) as scheduled, from the date of this request. The tender will be closed, and any offers received after this date shall not be considered.

*Required Documentation for Reregistration at Food and Drug Administration of Iran (IFDA)

Tender Conditions:

• Only manufacturers or their duly authorized legal agents are permitted to participate in the tender. All correspondence with the manufacturer that does not include pricing must be submitted along with the tender documents.

*In the absence of an official representation and approval of the quality requirements of the declared brand, the company reserves the right to accept or reject the proposals.

• Only price offers that meet at least one of the below conditions will be considered:

1. The offer is directly submitted by the
2. The offer is submitted by a seller holding an exclusive sales agency letter valid for Iran or the Middle East.
3. The offer is submitted by a seller holding an official sales license for the production in Iran or in the Middle East.

• Any offer failing to meet at least one of the above conditions shall not be considered under any circumstances.
• Submission of a pre-shipment sample is mandatory for new brands that are not approved by our company.
• Please note that Aburaihan Pharmaceutical Co. shall be the sole authority for the final approval or rejection of submitted proforma invoices.

• Following conditions and information with your offer is also required:

  1. Priority is given to credit payment terms.
  2. Shelf life of material & storage conditions
  3. Details of packing and batch size
  4. Country of origin, manufacturer’s name
  5. Time of delivery and place of loading
  6. Proper validity date (at least 6 months)
  7. The latest version of Pharmacopoeia
• Kindly ensure all conditions and remarks detailed in the Quotation Form (AB1404) are thoroughly adhered to.
• All quotations must be only submitted to purchase@aburaihan.ir

• Important Notes:

  1. Due to currency transfer restrictions imposed by the Central Bank of Iran, quotations must be submitted in Euro. The quoted price should be your final price, inclusive of all applicable costs and fees.
  2. Should the requested materials be available in your warehouse, also provide your pricing proposal in Rial.
  3. Aburaihan Pharmaceutical Co. will not cover any additional charges, like, third-party transfer charges, switch BL, or other related expenses.
  4. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a formal contract, which will be contingent upon the submission of a valid guarantee cheque for 130% of the quoted price and the tender winner will be responsible for executing the order on IRR(Rial) basis.
  5. In case of availability of material in your stock, please send your prices in IRR(Rial)
