A Public Tender for Purchase of Pharmaceutical APIs

Aburaihan Pharmaceutical Co. intends to purchase required APIs and spare parts for the production through a public tender. Thus, APIs and spare parts suppliers and Import Companies are invited to fill out the below mentioned form No. FC 1403 12 and quote their competitive prices along with COA for the following APIs just to purchase@aburaihan.com by the end of 2025.09.12 Tehran Local Time 23:00. Note 1: “Companies are required to submit COAs for the APIs. If related COAs are not submitted along with the quotation offer, Aburaihan Pharmaceutical Co., is free to reject any quoted price from the mentioned company in current tender. COAs must conform to the last three version of pharmacopeia.”

Note 2: Relevant purchase will be made if the price is competitive from approved suppliers and the official letter of authorization must be presented.

Note 3: The winner of tender must provide the related PI with 6 months validity date.

Note 4: Aburaihan Pharmaceutical Co., is free to accept or reject any quoted price in current tender.

Note 5: companies are required to offer their quotation price in terms of CPT or CFR (including Freight charge).

Note 6: Companies are required to mention the name of the source of the API/Item in the subject of e-mail.

Note 7:  Companies are required to send us their trader’s company registration documents and official Gazette (and the latest changes) that have been attested by embassy of Iran in their home countries along with certified copy of identity documents of authorized signatories and shareholders or owner’s passports.

Note 8: Please do not cc your quotation to the traders and other Aburaihan’s emails.

Companies must take action to send a representation letter from the manufacturer.
